I have been selling AVON for over a year now and have tried most of the ideas for getting new customers so I thought that I would share some of these with you all.
As you probably know AVON is a cosmetics company that have books which are delivered by consultants or people order online. Even though people can order online they will be more likely to order with a rep if they have one because it is nicer to flick through a book than it is to click round the Internet and when the catalogue is delivered it is a reminder to order.
First hint
This may seem very simple but it is the best place to start. When delivering orders or collecting order it is very important to deliver or collect on the date you say you will. If you are reliable then it builds up a trust so that customers are more likely to buy than if you are never there when you say. This may seem simple but there are a lot of people that don't do it and it is the most important.
